• Signature required on delivery for your protection
• Fully insured — your stone is covered from our lab to your door
• Tracking number provided via email once your order ships

Returns

• 30-day return policy on all purchases
• Stone must be in original, unworn condition
• IGI serial number must match the original order (verified on return)
• 10-15% restocking fee on non-defective returns (industry standard)
• Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving the return
• Return shipping to our US address — we provide a prepaid label

Verification

Every stone we ship has been verified with our signature process:

• IGI certificate confirming color, clarity, cut, and carat
• Laser-inscribed serial number on the girdle, matching the IGI report
• Unedited verification video: stone → girdle inscription → IGI certificate in one continuous shot
• Timestamped photos before packaging
